J
ay joined CPR in 2014 and is responsible for research and preparation of reports on prospective donors, due diligence reviews, and risk analysis on behalf of for-profit clients, and lead generation and lead vetting on behalf of clients. Prior to joining CPR, Jay practiced law
in New York City, specializing in commercial litigation, mass tort defense, and securities arbitration matters. He received his BA from Rice University and his JD from NYU School of Law. Jay is also an Eagle Scout and stand-up comedian whose writing has been featured in McSweeney’s, SomeEcards, and Slate.
